Can you just come and jump on your own or in a group?
You can come on your own or with a group. However, we strongly recommend you book in advance as we can only take a limited number of people at a time and the spaces fill fast.
Do under 18s need to be accompanied by an adult?
Yes, all under 18s must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their session. 18+ must bring physical ID and no photographs of ID can be accepted.
What time are the sessions?
Sessions are on the hour and every half hour.
Is there a weight restriction?
The manufactures guideline is a weight limit of approximately 250lb/18 stone.
Does everyone have to complete a waiver form?
Yes, everyone who enters the facility must complete a waiver before the session. We strongly advise, so as not to lose time in your session, that you have your waivers completed in advance of your booking.
Any participants invited to a party must complete a new waiver each time. Party waivers are only valid for the day of the party. For open/solo jump sessions, when a parent completes an online waiver for a child(ren), the waiver(s) remain valid for 12 months.
Is there an age or height restriction?
All jumpers have to be over 5 years of age or over to use the trampolines or Inflatables* and at least 1 meter in height (Unless attending our Toddler Takeover or Family Takeover Session at Liffey Valley & Sandyford)
Use of the Climbing Frame at Liffey Valley is for children 8 years and under, this policy is strictly adhered to.
*Please note Santry is an inflatable park only
Is there supervision?
There is supervision at all times. Our fun and friendly court monitors will provide supervision so you can relax yourself. Under 18s must still be accompanied by an adult.
Do I need to book in advance?
Advance ticket purchase is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.
When should I arrive?
You should arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled time.
What should I wear?
We recommend comfortable and athletic long sleeve clothing that will allow you to bounce and move. Do not wear clothing with any sharp objects as you will not be allowed on the equipment. Jump Zone socks are compulsory for hygiene and safety purposes.
Do you have lockers?
Yes we have lockers to secure your belongings, please empty your pockets, cell phones, iPods, keys, and any other items that can cause injury or be lost or broken.
Do you have lost property?
Yes, we have a lost property section so if you think you may have lost anything while with us, please make contact as soon as possible so that we can try and locate whatever you lost. Please note that we only keep lost property for one month, thereafter all is donated to charity.
When is Dodgeball played?
Dodgeball goes on at most times throughout the day, however preference is given to parties when they are taking place. When they are not you can join in a game with others.
What is your cancellation / transfer policy for individual bookings?
For individual bookings, you can cancel anytime up to 24 hours before your scheduled time without charge. Thereafter, as we have a limited number of places you will be charged the full amount. The same applies to transferring individual bookings. (If you book within the 7 day period the booking cannot be cancelled / moved without loss of the deposit).

Do you have loyalty passes and when can I use them if you do?
We do operate a loyalty pass system whereby if you pay for 8 solo bounces you will receive one free one. We provide you with a card so that you can have it stamped each time on arrival.
Once you have 8 stamps you can use the pass Monday to Thursday inclusive however the pass cannot be used on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
Can GoPro's be used?
GoPro’s are not permitted in Jump Zone unless it is a private facility/Dodgeball booking. They can not be used during public open bounce times.
Can you bounce with a cast?
For safety reasons, anyone wearing a cast is not permitted to bounce.
Can leg braces be worn on the inflatable?
There are different types of leg braces so it is difficult to say yes or no until we see exactly what type of leg brace is involved. What we can say is that any leg brace with the potential to damage the equipment or another participant cannot be worn.
We would also strongly recommend that you consult a physician before your session if you do wear a leg brace or any other type of support as bouncing can place significant strain on your muscles and bones. This is for your own safety.
Can bystanders go up on the platforms?
Only participants are allowed up on the platform – bystanders are not allowed up.
Do you have parking facilities?
We do have parking facilities however as there are a limited number of parking spaces, we strongly recommend arriving early especially during the busy midterm periods and weekends or to take public transport or to carpool. Please note that we are not responsible for the pay and display parking along the streets outside Jump Zone Sandyford.

Do you still have trampolines?
Jump Zone Santry no longer has trampolines. It is now a indoor inflatable adventure park.

Parking for Jump Zone is part of the Liffey Valley Centre parking. We strongly recommend arriving early especially during the busy weekend and midterm periods, or to take public transport.
Do you accept Liffey Valley gift cards?
Yes, we accept Liffey Valley gift cards in our Liffey Valley facility only. Bookings to be made in the facility and cannot be used online to book. We strongly recommend advance booking.
