Welcome to Jump Zone – where high flying fun meets top level safety.
Whether it’s your first visit or your fiftieth, your safety is our number one priority. Our parks are designed to deliver fun experiences while keeping you and your group safe every jump of the way.
Jumping and tackling our awesome activities is great fun – but also physically demanding. That’s why it’s important to be in good health and understand the risks involved before taking part. These activities carry an inherent risk of personal injury, including serious injury.
If you’ve had or currently have any medical conditions or a disability that could affect your participation, please check with a medical professional before joining in.
Here’s what you need to know before you jump:
Know your limits. Only take part in activities that match your ability – if you’re unsure, skip it or ask a team member for help.
Respect the rules. Some attractions have specific age, height, or weight restrictions. These are there to protect everyone.
Safety first. All guests must watch our Safety Video and take part in a short briefing before using the park’s facilities.
Grip socks are a must. All jumpers must wear Jump Zone grip socks – they’re designed to keep you safer and help protect others too.
Please make sure to watch our Safety Briefing Video before your session:
Please Note:
Attractions shown in the video may vary by location.
Our team is trained, our equipment is maintained, and our safety rules are in place to make sure every visit is as safe and enjoyable as possible. If you have any questions or concerns – just ask one of our friendly team members!
