TRAMPOLINE FITNESS CLASS
Our Rebounding Revolution trampoline classes provide a great cardio workout without excess stress on the heart, muscles or on any joints while working the lymphatic system which is suitable for all levels of fitness. They are fun and a great de-stresser.
Achieve great results through this low impact and fat burning exercise while also improving your balance and coordination. The workout consists of moves from many different workout activities and also incorporates some moves that can only be done on a trampoline.
It’s a full body workout class that allows you to jump, fly, and spin while strengthening your core, toning your muscles and burning calories. Studies show that an hour of jumping on a trampoline burns over 1,000 calories. It’s the best cardio you will ever enjoy.

Our trampoline aerobics classes are a 50 minute workout that will leave you breathless and exhilarated. They are a new fun way to work out, lose weight and tone up. Please note that the classes are for people of 16 years of age and older and advance booking is strongly recommended.
Fitness Class Schedule:
- Tuesdays – 6.30pm to 7.30pm

- €13.00 per class – (Jump Zone Grip Socks Included)
- €11.00 per class – (Have Your Own Jump Zone Grip Socks)
- €45.00 for a 5 class pass
- €85.00 for a 10 class pass* (Includes 3 Pairs of Grip Socks)

Cancellation / Transfer Policy
You can cancel anytime up to 24 hours before your scheduled class without charge. Thereafter, as we have a limited number of places, you will be charged the full amount. The same applies if you want to change the time and / or date of your booking. (If you book within the 24 hour period the booking cannot be cancelled / moved).
