If you are looking for something completely different for your next party, Jump Zone adventure park is the place to come. We can accommodate parties of 10 people in our new state of the art facility. Best of all, we take care of everything from set up to clean up.
When the party is over, you just walk away and leave the mess to us. You will be on the largest inflatable adventure park in Europe, never mind Ireland or the UK, to have such a fantastic party as you will experience in Jump Zone

1.5 hour party

Typical Birthday Package Includes: 10 participants maximun

  • Approx 1 hour on the Jump Zone inflatable adventure park

Please Note:
The packages do not include a birthday cake or party bags. Outside food is not allowed with the exception of birthday cakes for the 1.5 hour and 2 hour parties only. Balloons are to be kept in the party rooms and no sparklers of any kind are permitted.

FAQs

How do I book?

Please call us on 01 862 3366 to make a booking. If one of our party planners is not available to take your call please leave a message and he / she will respond as soon as possible. Please note that a deposit (minimum €75.00) is required to place your party in our booking system which can be provided by credit / debit card. (For our cancellation policy please see below)

Are new waivers required by all participants each time they attend a party?

A new waiver must be completed by all party participants for every party. Party waivers only last for the day of the party and a new waiver must be completed by all guests each time they attend a party.

When must numbers be confirmed by?

Party numbers must be confirmed 7 days by you before the day of the party. If you arrive on the day with less numbers you will be charged if your shortfall exceeds 2 people. If you wish to increase numbers please let us know as soon as possible as, while we always attempt to accommodate, it may not be possible as we restrict numbers for safety purposes and customer experience.

Is there a minimum number for parties?

The minimum numbers for a party is 10 people. With the current restrictions the maximum party sixe is 10.

When should I order pizza?

You are welcome to advise us of your order prior to the day of the party, otherwise you can confirm all when you arrive. Extra pizza can be ordered on the day. A 14″ pizza is €12. If one or two of the party don’t eat pizza please make party host aware and we can order chicken and wedges. An extra charge will apply. Other food options are available but please note there may be an additional charge.

When is final payment due?

Final payment is taken approximately 10/15 minutes after the party starts when your food order is being confirmed. We accept cash, credit and debit card but please note that we do NOT accept payment by cheque.

Do we provide the party invitations?

Yes we are happy to provide you with professionally printed party invitations once you collect them from us. Please note that we do not post or deliver these out to you, you must arrange to collect yourself. You also receive a soft copy pdf version of the invite once you book your party.

Do parents need to stay at the party?

The birthday parents are required to stay at the party and we request one adult per five children so if you have 15 children we expect the parents and one other adult to be present. Most importantly please note that the parent(s) hosting the party are responsible for the children attending the party until they have been collected by their own parent(s) / guardian(s). Parents must also be present in the party room when refreshments and the pizza is being served.

Can younger siblings participate on the inflatable?

If the party boy / girl has younger brothers / sisters they can join in if they are 5 years of age or over. Please note that this policy is strictly adhered to. The siblings will be charged as normal party guests. For siblings under 5 years of age we have a toddler area. If you would like to reserve a space be sure to advise when booking. The cost for the toddler area is €6 for up to 90 minutes.

Can the party be started in the party room?

As full tummies and jumping are not an ideal mix, the party begins on the inflatable and the food is served afterwards in the party room.

Do you assist with the party?

At least one member of the Jump Zone staff is assigned as your host to ensure that all runs smoothly and you the parents have an opportunity to relax and enjoy the party. Parents must be present in the party room when refreshments and the pizza is being served.

What is your cancellation policy for birthday parties?

Parties can be cancelled anytime up to 7 days before the scheduled event without charge provided that all party invitations are returned (assuming that you have already collected them from us) in the same condition that they were received in. Otherwise your deposit will be refunded less a €5.00 charge for the invitations. If you cancel within 7 days, you will be charged €75.00. (If you book within the 7 day period the booking cannot be cancelled/moved without loss of the deposit).

Should the party need to be cancelled within 7 days due to a child showing symptoms of Covid-19 or if there is local lockdown in your area the party can be re-scheduled or the credit can be used for a future booking – You will not be entitled to a refund.

Are sparklers or speciality candles allowed?

No sparklers or candles, other than the basic ones, are allowed under any circumstances for safety purposes. They may cause the fire alarm to be set off which may result in having to evacuate the building.

Are Jump Zone socks compulsory?

For hygiene reasons Jump Zone anti-microbial socks are compulsory for all participants.

Do all parties start and finish in the party room?

Sometimes parties start outside the party room but all 2 Hour and 90 minute parties will get 30 minutes in the party room after jumping. 1 hour parties do not have a party room allocated.

If there are multiple children celebrating their birthdays in the party, do they all receive a Jump Zone gift ?

We will provide Jump Zone birthday gifts for up to 4 birthday children. If there are more than 4 in the party, you are welcome to purchase additional Jump Zone birthday gifts (JZ ruck sacks, water bottles, caps, etc) at a heavily discounted rate.
