Do you cater for special needs bookings?
We do cater for all special needs groups. Please visit our special needs section at the top of the page for more details.
Do under 18s need to be accompanied by an adult?
Yes, all under 18s must be accompained by an adult.
Can you just come and jump on your own or in a group?
You can come on your own or with a group. However we would strongly recommend you book in advance as we only take a limited number of people at a time and the spaces fill fast.
What time are the jump sessions?
Bounce sessions are on the hour and every half hour.
Is there a weight restriction?
The manufactures guideline is a weight limit of approximately 250lb/18 stone
Does everyone have to complete a waiver form?

Yes, everyone who enters the facility must complete a waiver before bouncing. We strongly advise, so as not to lose time on the inflatable, that you have your waivers completed in advance of your scheduled bounce time. This can be done by clicking on the link – WAIVER

Any participants invited to a party must complete a new waiver each time. Party waivers are only valid for the day of the party. For open/solo bounce sessions, when a parent completes a waiver for a child(ren), the waiver(s) remain valid for 12 months.

Is there supervision?

There is supervision at all times. Our fun and friendly monitors will provide supervision on the inflatable so you can relax yourself.

Do I need to book in advance?
Advance ticket purchase is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.

Do you have loyalty passes and when can I use them if you do?

We do operate a loyalty pass system whereby if you pay for 8 solo bounces you will receive one free one. We provide you with a card so that you can have it stamped each time on arrival.

Once you have 8 stamps you can use the pass Monday to Thursday inclusive however the pass can not be used on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

When should I arrive?
You should arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled time.
What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable and athletic long sleve clothing that will allow you to bounce and move on the inflatable. Do not wear clothing with any sharp objects as you will not be allowed on the inflatable. Jump Zone socks are compulsory for hygeine purposes.

Do you have lockers?

Yes we have lockers to secure your belongings while you bounce. Please empty your pockets, cell phones, iPods, keys, and any other items that can cause injury or be lost or broken.

Do you have lost property?
Yes we have a lost property section so if you think you may have lost anything while with us please make contact as soon as possible so that we can try and locate whatever you lost. Please note that we only keep lost property for one month, thereafter all is donated to charity.
How do I book a birthday party or special occasion party at Jump Zone?

When is open bounce time?

Please see our Opening Hours page for further information. To ensure availability, especially on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and during the holidays, we do recommend that you call ahead or check online due to the anticipated high number of birthday parties.

When is Dodgeball played?

Dodgeball goes on at most times throughout the day, however preference is given to parties when they are taking place. When they are not you can join in a game with others. For further information on this please visit our Dodgeball page.

What is your cancellation / transfer policy for birthday parties and individual bookings?

Parties can be cancelled anytime up to 7 days before the scheduled event without charge. If you cancel within 7 days, you will be charged €75.00. The same applies to the transfer of party bookings. (If you book within the 7 day period the booking cannot be cancelled / moved without loss of the deposit). For individual bookings, you can cancel/change time anytime up to 24 hours before your scheduled time without charge. Thereafter, as we have a limited number of places you will be charged the full amount. (If you book within the 24 hour period the booking cannot be cancelled / moved).

Do parents need to stay at the party?
The birthday parents are required to stay at the party and we request one adult per five children so if you have 15 children we expect the parents and one other adult to be present.
Can the party be started in the party room?

As full tummies and bouncing are not an ideal mix, the party begins on the inflatable and the food is served afterwards in the party room.

Do you assist with the party?
At least one member of the Jump Zone staff is assigned as your hostess to ensure that all runs smoothly and you the parents have an opportunity to relax and enjoy the party.
Are there options that I can add to make my party even more special?

Yes, we can provide a variety of food and beverage options, party bags, Slushees, etc, to make the experience even better. Any such requirement can be discussed by calling our events manager at 01 862 3366.

When should I order the party food?

Your food order can be arranged on arrival at party check in.

Can I bring food to my party?

You may bring a birthday cake or cupcakes in to your party room if you are having a 1.5 / 2 hour party only, we’re sorry but no other outside food is permitted.

Are sparklers or speciality candles allowed?
No sparklers or candles, other than the basic ones, are allowed under any circumstances for safety purposes. They may cause the fire alarm to be set off which may result in having to evacuate the building.
Do you have parking facilities?

We do have parking however as there are a limited number of parking spaces we strongly recommend to arrive early especially during the busy midterm periods and weekends or to take pubic transport or car pool.

Can GoPro's be used?

GoPro’s are not permitted in Jump Zone unless it is a private facility/Dodgeball booking. They can not be used during public open bounce times.

Can you bounce with a cast?

For safety reasons, anyone wearing a cast is not permitted to bounce.

Can leg braces be worn on the inflatable?

There are different types of leg braces so it is difficult to say yes or no until we see exactly what type of leg brace is involved. What we can say is that any leg brace with the potential to damage the inflatable or another participant cannot be worn on the inflatable.

We would also strongly recommend that you consult a physician before going on the inflatable if you do wear a leg brace or any other type of support as bouncing can place significant strain on your muscles and bones. This is for your own safety.

Do you still have trampolines?
Jump Zone Santry no longer has trampolines. It is now a indoor inflatable adventure park.
